Ingredients: Lemon, Lavender, Spearmint, Lemon, Elderberry & Stevia
Loose-leaf tea can be brewed in hot or room temperature water using a strainer or by using reusable muslin tea bags, (not included with this tea purchase).

Brewing your tea
To brew a simple cup of tea: steep about 1 to 1½ teaspoon of the loose mixture in 8oz of hot water for 3-5 minutes or longer, depending on your flavor preference.
To brew a therapeutic dose: steep about 2 heaping Tablespoons of the loose mixture in 16oz of hot water for 5-10 minutes or longer, depending on your flavor preference.
Store tightly sealed in a dark, cool, dry place, for up to 6 months.
Sweeten as desired. I like to use quality honey with this blend.
Sold in three bags sizes-
Small or sample size bag: yields approximately 6-8 cups of brewed tea
Medium bag: yields approximately 36 cups of brewed tea
Large bag: yields approximately 45 cups of brewed tea
The total amount of tea brewed will depend on your flavor preference, how long you allow the tea to brew, and the cup size.
Packaged in gusseted bags. Store tightly sealed in a dark, cool, dry place up to 6 months.
To brew, add a 1-1½ tsp of this tea in a strainer or loose in your cup with 6-8oz boiling water for 3-5 minutes or until your desired strength. You may also brew your tea using an iced or cold brew method, perfect for hot days.
